I love this dentist office. They are so caring and really take their time. Lana was amazing. I am
supposed to have antibiotics to protect me from infection due to a surgery. I totally forgot. Lana asked me and being that I didn’t, she gave me meds. That could have gone very wrong. Thank you for being so safe.
I’ve been to different hygienists before, but Lana is the best! She’s very professional, caring, and nice. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how gentle she was and how much attention she gave to every detail. I highly recommend this office, especially hygienist Lana – she’s amazing! Will definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family.
I had a great experience with Dr. Balili and his entire team. They were professional, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment. Everything was explained clearly, and the care I received was excellent from beginning to end. I’m very happy with the results and truly grateful for their support!
I am so disappointed! I really love the dentists there. They are amazing and do amazing work, however the office staff ruined that for me. I have been a patient for a while now. I bring my 3 kids and husband.We had a family emergency, we were unable to make it to the appointment. I called ahead of time to reschedule. I was not told of any cancelation fees. When I confirmed the new appointment days later, they tried to charge me a no "show fee" of $75. That is a lot of money for a caneleation but its not even about the money, as a loyal patient all these years, 1 rescheduling and this is how I am treated. The women on the line for billing had no time for my explanation. She was NASTY. I asked to speak to the manager and she was "busy" yeah ok. My point is, it is disappointing to have great doctors but a crappy office staff with no professionalism or empathy. Now I can only hope to find a better office with the same quality doctors if not better. 5 stars for doctors, not even half a star for the manager who couldn't find a minute to problem solve and keep 5 patients. And the billing manager who's only concern is taking your money.
5 STARS! Nothing less than! Dr. Norm is one of the GOATS there, (and there was also another DR there, who did my implant procedure, but when she couldn’t, she asked for specialists help to make sure she can help me pick the best option for me); she took delicate time and understood the procedure of my dental work and never made me feel like I was being rushed. All of the nurses there are sweet and will talk to you, and get to know you! Even check in at the front desk is polite and they always are smiling and making you feel welcome. The office is clean and smells good! The Dentists here blessed and deserve more than thank yous! If the world had more people who took more pride in their work, then people would be more happy and have more confidence! I would recommend them on any day of the week month year and ENCOURAGE THAT You send your kids here! I left with a smile today! Thank you NJ GARDEN STATE DENTAL OFFICE!
