My brother and will only go to this facility. We are seniors and have deep veins. Other blood draw facilities can't find a spot and will move the needle around! At Yale everyone that works there gets it the first try, which is greatly appreciated. They are the best!

I'm in the medical field. Very selective and opinionated. This blood draw station is probably the best I have ever visited. FAST, spotless, easy going and comforting people. The kind that actually communicate and talk to you. The young lady I interacted with was outstanding. This is no where next to my community and I go out of my way to go here every time I need labs drawn.

These bad reviews are NOT TRUE. My very ill husband required bi-weekly blood testing for the past 18 months and his veins are so hard to find that ultrasound equipment is usually needed for the installation of IV lines when he's been hospitalized. Nyelis is one of the girls that works there and she is first rate all the way. She's kind, professional and great at what she does. She's a gem and we NEVER go to Quest anymore.

I was surprised by the poor reviews, I have gone here for years and always get in and out quickly, usually without an appointment. The staff has changed over the years but the young woman who is currently working there is efficient and good at finding my vein with minimum discomfort. Not overly chatty but that’s fine with me, certainly not rude. I went to Quest last week because I thought I had to and waited 40 minutes WITH an appt. Never again.
