I could not be happier with my experiences at N&B. From an outboard purchase for a Jon boat, to adding a kicker to my Fourwinns and a full repower. The staff is kind, responsive , and well-experienced. The job is done right and they stand by their work. I could not be happier with N&B and will continue to use (and recommend) them.

I had an excellent experience at this boat shop! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly reliable, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction throughout the entire process. They offered the best prices I could find. I was really impressed with their knowledgeable and friendly team, who took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and honestly. Plus, the location right on the water is perfect. I highly recommend N&B - it's my new go-to for years to come!
I decided to re-power my boat a couple of month ago. Not only were they the best price. They were also able to install sooner than everyone !! They did a great job. Their customer service is top notch too! All of the sudden my new motor stopped working. I made a call to them. Brought it in the same day after work. Thought I was dropping it off. Nope they diagnosed and made the warranty repair while I waited. You cant beat that.
One of the reasons I purchased my boat was the long history of regular service receipts from N & B that came with it. I had to have it taken in for some emergency maintenance a couple months into ownership after an overheating issue during peak season.
N&B was able to get me an appointment two weeks out. Zach called me the morning after I dropped it off with a game plan for service. Zach kept me up-to-date the entire time, worked through getting some uniquely sized replacement parts for some preventative trailer maintenance I had them do while they had it quickly and without any added costs. Felt really well informed the entire time and trust their expertise and experience.
Extremely pleased with the entire service process from end-to-end and think their pricing is more than fair. Already have plans for some additional electronic upgrades in the works that I'll be brining my boat back to N&B for. Thanks Zach and N&B for the awesome service!
