    First time here after seeing it on Google Maps. West Trenton and Ewing is so nice! This is the cleanest, neatest, brightest NAPA I seen so far. Unfortunately I have only seen 25 or so, and been inside 7, so there may be more bright spots out there. He had my order filled in 10 minutes during lunch time. April 8th, 2024 a Monday (day of the infamous eclipse). The younger guy was friendly and sharp. I want to think of other things to buy here this week. Probably cleaning products. As soon as you walk through the door...you know!

    The customer service is awesome they take their time and make sure that you have what you need and if you have any questions they always tell you please feel free to call I live in Hamilton but I come out new one because I like the customer service.

    Went in Saturday looking for a small part. It wasn't in stock, but they said they would order it and have it by Monday afternoon. True to their word, I was able to get the part and install it Monday afternoon. Great job guys.

    Their stock said they had two batteries in the back. I removed my battery in the lot and brought it in and they found out that they did not actually have one. But they were quick to fix the problem by sending a driver out to the nearest location that had the battery and they discounted the price. It was a pain in the butt but they were respectful and professional about it.
