Dave Muller Automative & Trailer was recommended by eTrailer to install my a trailer hitch and wiring on my vehicle. I am new to trailer camping and Mark was incredibly patient and courteous with me and took the time to explain to me my options, how to do it well, and most cost effectively. As a woman, it is not uncommon to be dismissed, talked down to, or mansplained in situations like this. I really appreciated being treated with respect and such consideration. Muller Automotive did an excellent job on my 2022 Ford Bronco. Really satisfied , first time here and I really appreciate the attention that they took. I came in with a brake pulsation and a separate vibration at speed. They took the time to test drive, investigate and called me. Price was very reasonable and they took great care in fixing it right the first time with appropriate parts and attention to detail.

Took my used aluminum car hauler trailer there today. Mark was extremely helpful and made sure that my trailer was safe for the road. He really went above and beyond replacing lights, rewiring and making sure the wheel bearings and brakes were up to speed. Charged a fair price. Good old-fashioned caring service. Thank you very much!
