New Carmen’s

I just moved to Greenville. The people here are very friendly. their food Is delicious! I have been popping in here more than I should lol. The woman are hard workers and they have excellent service if you want good food try this little spot.

Ordered from door dash and wanted to see what was local in the area and for a reasonable price. This restaurant did just that. For the price you can’t beat it. It was full of flavor. The beef stew over the rice and peas was very good, the beef was tender. I could even break it apart with a plastic spoon. The fried pieces of pork were tasty, a little salty, just wished that it was actually hot. Since it seemed room temp, it was very chewy.

Their food and price a great deal. They fill your plate with a hefty amount and the taste is superb. They are always laughing and having a good time behind the counter and it makes great energy. I go here all the time for Spanish food as a Puerto Rican.

Ordered for the first time tonight. The delivery was lightning fast, and food is super tasty. My only heads up is that if you order a dish and then select ‘white rice and red (or black) beans’, they throw it all together in one container. I’m personally not a fan, and prefer everything separate. They also delivered the wrong dish- I ordered steak with onions, and got a steak stew. Otherwise it’s a nice go-to for cheap, fast, and tasty no frills home cooked Dominican food 👍🏼👍🏼

Always love at Carmens. It is not often you can get a quality meal....fast. They follow social distance (my pet peeves) and it is always refreshing to walk in smell the food and speak to the employees! Highly recommend 👌🏼👌🏼
