Went in today and Carmen gave me the best custimer service she was so helpful and knew her merchandise. Made what I was looking for come so easy. I was relieved and I felt satisfied with my purchase all together. Loved the new spring colors will be going back for more.
Sales girl was very friendly and helpful as soon as I got there. I usually find something I am happy with. However, I receive countless coupons in the mail and am NEVER able to use them because they are excluded from the offer. It's a store coupon. I'm in the store. I'm purchasing things in your store but the coupons are worthless to me every time.
Customer service was great! The clothes selection were better than at the mall and the woman at check out was very nice--we talked about the clothes and ideas for outfits.
The dressing rooms were also very clean and it was a nice experience.
They have a convoluted coupon system that is irksome, but I guess the intent is to get you into the store, not necessarily give you a good discount. I like their jeans and career wear, but further into the season they don't seem to have fresh inventory and everything looks picked over. Shop early each season and you should do fine.
