Aqua-Tots Swim School Old Bridge

We’ve been taking our little one to swimming lessons since she was 6mo and have noticed how confident and comfortable she’s become in the water. Her instructor, Junior is knowledgeable, patient, and skillful. We love our experience at Aqua-Tots Old Bridge!

Jael is the best instructor! My daughter started as a Minnow and then moved into his younger Leapfrogs class, and the progress she’s made has been incredible. He truly stands out for how individualized his approach is. He takes the time to understand each child’s skill level and confidence, and then builds a plan that matches their needs perfectly.
He was consistently caring, patient, and attentive. We’re so grateful for his dedication and the supportive environment he creates. Highly, highly recommend.

We’ve been coming here since Aquatots Old Bridge opened when my son, Thomas, was 5 months old. He is now 2 years old and coming here each week is one of our favorite things! The facility is always so nicely decorated for a new theme quite often and it’s always so clean and well maintained. The pool is heated which is great for the little ones and there are plenty of changing rooms and rest rooms. The best part is the staff! We’ve come across so many great staff members since our start! From the moment we walk in, we see Jessy who is super kind and friendly and always has a smile on her face! She is so knowledgeable and willing to help answer any question! We also have known Coach Liza from the start as primarily our life guard on scene and a few times in the beginning where she was my son’s instructor. She excels at both and is so friendly and super nice! She’s always smiling and engages with the kids which is the cutest thing to see! We’ve had a few instructors who have been my son’s coaches since we started. Some have left to pursue other goals and endeavors, but that doesn’t mean the quality of the staff has left. The instructors that are here today are just as brilliant! We loved Coach Stephanie who was so patient and knowledgeable! Currently, we have been having Coach Dreya for a long time now, and she is top-notch! She truly shines in instructing children. In particular, she is wonderful for the little ones! She’s knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and has a way with the kids! Since being with Coach Dreya, my son has loved swim even more! He used to be a little (not so little) whiny when he first started and it took him MONTHS to get used to it as he was a baby. Consistency is key as are patient and kind instructors who helped to get him to where he is now. In particular, Coach Dreya never fails to answer our questions and even before questioning things, explains everything as she goes and always gives helpful feedback. We never feel left in the dark or confused about what’s to happen. As a mom, we do what’s best for our kids. It’s important for me to have my child get used to water, be safe in it, and ultimately as he grows and learn, be able to swim as it’s an imperative skill to know. I’m thankful he’s on the right track, and I thank the staff at Aquatots Old Bridge for that.

We love aqua tots and specially my son who has been coming here for almost a year now. He has been with many trainers so far but he absolutely adores coach Brianna and coach Ghabriella. They both are so patient and kind. Always bring smile on his face. They have made him so comfortable that we can see his progress every week now. He is learning new skills at faster pace now.
Special mention to all the staff members as they all are so welcoming and helpful.

Highly recommend bringing your children here for lessons. Coaches Christon and Jael are highly trained. Our children feel very safe with them, and they look forward to their classes every week. Ibby makes the children feel comfortable when he calls them to come into the pool. He also makes sure to support the kids and gives them the courage they need to step into the water. Jessy, Arianna, Yasmeen, and Kimora at the front desk are all very welcoming and friendly. They make sure all of our questions are answered and (rare) concerns addressed. Overall, we prefer this school over the others because of the staff and the program.
