Newton Animal Hospital saved my baby angel’s life, and I will forever be grateful.
From the moment we walked in during one of the hardest and scariest times of our lives, the compassion, understanding, and professionalism shown by Newton Animal Hospital was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Dr. Barron and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. They treated my baby not just as a patient, but as family. They listened, explained everything clearly, showed genuine care, and were willing to work with us during an incredibly emotional and stressful situation. Their kindness, patience, and empathy meant the world to us. You can truly tell that this team loves what they do and deeply cares about the animals and families they serve. In a moment where we felt helpless and afraid, they gave us hope and they saved my baby angel’s life.
Thank you, Dr. Barron, Dr Chang and staff, for your dedication, compassion, and for going above and beyond when it mattered most. I will never forget what you did for us. I highly recommend Newton Animal Hospital to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care with a heart. 🐾❤️
My dog ripped his nail off and needed an emergency visit at night. It was a good 6 hours wait, which I understand, I am not upset about that. Another animal needed surgery and it was all hands on deck as well as it being 8:30 at night. They had water and snacks for myself and my Morty while we waited and they let me bring in a few blankets so he would be more comfortable instead of laying on the tile floor. When it was his turn, he was nervous as he is a rescue of a rescue, so I think he thought I was leaving him there, but, the staff took good care of him and patched him up and he is feeling a little groggy from the pain meds, but he is home and happy. The price was a little high I though, what is normally a $150 vet bill was a little over $300. I understand charging a little more because it was an emergency and after hours, but double what it normally is? It feels excessive. Anyway, I was happy with the service I received and how well the took care of my pup.
The team at Newton Animal Hospital was amazing when my puppy needed urgent care. They made us feel calm and cared for, explaining every step clearly and treating Bennie as if he were their own. It’s clear that everyone there truly loves what they do and puts the well-being of animals first. Bennie is doing so much better thanks to them. I highly recommend Newton Animal Hospital to anyone who wants their pet in the best hands possible. ❤️🐾
Last night we brought our Siberian Husky, Maverick with a ruptured anal gland, my buddy was in absolute pain. I called ahead and explained the situation to Jennifer who answered the call and she expressed concern and said to bring him in right away. We brought Maverick in and he was greeted by a very friendly staff, he was brought in right away for his vitals. After waiting for a while in the exam room we were greeted by Dr. Stotler, who is very compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. She explained to us what are the possible cause Maverick’s condition and what she needs to do to remedy his condition. Within 10 minutes Maverick was taken to have his procedure done and within an hour we got our buddy back. While we waited, we were offered drinks and snacks. Maverick was understandingly sad due to the amount of pain he was in but we are extremely happy that they were able to attend to his condition and he’ll be back to normal soon. We would like to thank the entire Newton staff for their kindness, compassion and professionalism.
