Great experience with the repair service. Took my car to the dealership thinking the brakes needed replacement but was told they would need service shortly but not immediately. I really appreciate the honest approach to repairs, letting me know what really needed to be done and when. Every other dealership I've been to for repair service tells you things need to be done immediately or the car will explode (I'm talking about you Toyota of Ledgewood), selling you parts or service you don't need (like a cabin for filter i had already replaced myself 3 months earlier). The repairs I had done were great - battery service for corroded terminals, a couple other minor things, but I really appreciated the integrity of the staff. They recommended a couple of other repairs for the future and I will definitely be going back.

The service department here is the greatest! Always so kind, and everyone goes above and beyond to explain everything to you. My car is always vacuumed out after and cleaner than I left it! They even went as far to wash my car most recently, which was dirty as anything from all the salt. You guys rock!
Gracie is also a great addition to the team(new store mascot)!
I have been going to Nielsen Nissan in Stanhope, New Jersey for over six years for service on my cars. I recently tried a couple of other Nissan service departments that were slightly closer to my home, but none compare to the Stanhope location. Milosz, at the service desk, knows me by name (not for a bad reason!). He and everyone else there are courteous and accommodating. They do not book a million people at the same time and therefore I get in and out quickly. They don’t try to sell me what I don’t need. They do a good job with my service and I have never had to return with additional complaints. The facility was recently remodeled, and it is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. I really love this dealership, and as long as I own a Nissan, I plan to continue to come here. Highly recommend.
