Where do I begin to say how very thrilled our family is with Bentley Assisted Living at Branchville? We were lucky enough that a room was available for our needs at just the right time. The facility is very well kept and managed. The staff is off the charts caring, compassionate and kind. Their patience with their patients is unbelievable. Their support for family members is overwhelmingly kind. They just seem to lock in on each family’s situation and take the time to manage both the patient and family members. There aren’t enough words to express their kindness and support. The facility is warm, welcoming, clean and just lovely. We can’t thank the entire staff enough for taking care of our family when it was so needed.

When looking for a retirement/assisted living facility for my dad, Bentley was an easy choice. From our initial contact with Christine and tour of the beautiful facility, we knew it was the perfect place for him to be, knowing he would receive the dedicated care and attention. We can't say enough about the Bentley staff for the professional and personal care that is given to each and every resident. Thank you to everyone at Bentley!

This community has a stellar reputation! Clean, safe and well maintained community. Rooms are kept tidy and common spaces are inviting. Low staff turnover! You can tell by the warmth of the team they care deeply about the residents. From the moment you enter the doors you see compassion and genuine connection.

Bently is a fantastic place for a senior to live. The staff always has a genuine smile and knows just about every one buy first names and that means everyone. My sister has been a resident fir a long time and well cared for. I highly recommend them. Personally having been a nurse the worked in a nursing home there is no comparison. Go to Bently. Clean, fantastic food, great atmosphere, always something to do.

They make it priority to know the patients background, what's important to them and their family, including the details that make such a difference. They keep everyone aligned on priorities and work together and with the family to ensure the patient is afforded the best possible living experience despite the circumstances that necessitate the need for assisted living services.

We have been impressed with how everyone from the business people to the caregivers function as one, supporting each other in a way that puts the patient first. That is rare in our experience.
Engagement among the leadership and staff is high, communication is excellent and the holistic focus on care and comfort is consistently excellent.

Being in the healthcare industry, I have a sense of what good looks like and the service issues that many care organizations have, in particular in caring for those who are the most vulnerable, such as the elderly. We couldn't be more pleased or confident in placing our dad in the care of the Bentley team. It's not easy for us or any family to make this move and certainly a challenge to provide the best services. If there is ever an issue, we know we can successfully work through it. We are a team.
