When I called they were able to make me an appointment in my time frame. They were very friendly and were able to send me forms so I could have them filled out before time. Very helpful in helping pick out frames.
When I called to make the appointment, they were very pleasant. I received the same kindness when I arrived for my appointment. Dr Fabery was very pleasant and thorough. She got me out quickly. I will definitely return.
I had an “issue” with my eye. Even though I wasn’t a patient (long overdue for an eye exam) they showed genuine concern for my condition, got me in, and put me at ease. I will definitely be scheduling a regular exam soon!
This visit was scheduled because another optometrist in Sussex County didn't seem to have the time to give me a thorough exam even though I paid for one. The doctor here did so and found some concerns. She also actually listened to my concerns. I go next week for more tests. I'm glad I chose this firm and highly recommend them.
Upon arriving a little early I was asked to fill out and review my medical. Everything was in order. Then they took me in early. Everyone was patient and the atmosphere was upbeat. Accommodating and helpful. After examination I was led to the frames to pick out and then measures for the lenses. Very professional. Over all a great experience.
