Nikko Japanese Restaurant has officially become our go-to spot before flying out of Newark. The food is consistently excellent, with an impressive variety that truly stands out. The uni and toro are exceptional fresh, delicate, and clearly high quality, the kind of dishes you remember long after the meal is over. Every plate is thoughtfully prepared, and the overall menu offers something special for both sushi lovers and those looking to explore beyond the basics.
The service is just as outstanding as the food. Attentive, friendly, and efficient without ever feeling rushed, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal before travel. The miso soup taste different but delicious. We enjoyed all the dishes so far- bento box, soba and tempura, unagi,.. would definitely go back again.
