The staff goes above and beyond when assisting in rehabilitation. They all put 100% efforts in the workouts, stretches, and I want to that Jess, Matt, and Hannah for their hard work.
I would highly recommend novacare rehabilitation for your physical therapy needs. Since day one of my treatment, Matt's medical knowledge of the subject and diagnostic roadmap for my recovery has been excellent. Matt and the rest of the staff make me feel like my recovery is a top priority; I'm not just a number to them.
I wanted to try a new therapy place after my hip surgery. A friend said to try here and see Scott. I am so thankful I did. Scott listened to what my goals were and where I wanted to be when I was done Pt. He is so knowledgeable above other places I have been. He was able to adapt any workout for me if I was unable to do it. I also got to work with the other two therapist and they are fantastic. The therapist work with you and one other person the whole hour. You don’t get an Assistant like other places. This place really cares about you and shows great empathy as well as your dreams. Because of Nova Care and My hip surgeon I have already ran a 5k and training for a marathon. 5 stars for sure!!! Goals I have accomplished in June.
Yes, Scott does deserve 5 stars!!! He is very caring and kind, gentle and knowledgeable. He has picked up on things on my pain and my issues that I didn't even know. I would definitely recommend him as a therapist.
So comforting to have NovaCare, a professionally run physical therapy provider, and a highly qualified physical therapist to thoroughly evaluate my surgical recovery needs. Felt relieved to meet with Scott Middleton at the Lumberton location today. This surgery has really frightened me, after my session with Scott today I have a plan and a positive outlook for a successful recovery. Thank you Scott !
