Portion sizes seem to have increased (with prices). Regardless, pricing is fair. This is the best old-time ice cream (and food) stand around, bar none. You can even consume your order dining outdoors at covered picnic tables. Staff is friendly and helpful. I hope Cream King never goes away but hurry since it closes for the season mid-October.
THEY OFFER NON-DAIRY ICE CREAM!!!! I had the vegan mint & cookies as well as the vegan black raspberry chocolate chip. Both were great! I think they were oat-based. They said the vegan flavors change every month or so. Excited to go back and try something new! Folks working there were very nice too!
This ice cream shop recently changed ownership and seems to be doing well! Ice cream flavors were all delicious and we got everything from sundaes to milkshakes. Outdoor seating is great! Staff was very helpful and answered all of my ridiculous questions about their flavors haha. We will definitely be going back!
I can't say enough good things about this ice cream shop. Just got finished riding some ebikes around the area and was itching for some ice cream. Looked up and found this spot and headed right over. They had a wilde selection of ice cream flavors, i gotnthe Jersey Shore: which is Salted caremel in vanilla., added wet Walnuts and peanut butter crunch bits. Holy Moly, ice cream was dynamite. I devoured it at the tables outside. Seeive was awesome and kids were friendly. Vibe is definitely summer ☀️ hot spot and have been added to my personal list. Go there, you'll love it.
Went recently during a cooler evening and only 2 other people there. Excited to see an ice cream place with orange and cream soft serve. Got to taste their black raspberry hard ice cream and it was creamy and delicious.
The orange and cream soft serve was good but not the best I've had. The orange was more like a sorbet and tangy which I thought would have balanced nicely with the vanilla but it was too watery in comparison. It was icy while the vanilla was soft and creamy. The tang from the orange was pretty overpowering.
I think I'd opt for the hard ice cream next time instead. Some other reviewers mentioned being asked for a tip but that didn't happen to me when i was being served by an older lady.
