BE AWARE. Employee stealing money.
My total was $17.15, I gave $20 cash and employee did gave me proper change.
New Jersey s already expensive and employee wants to make tip out of our money. Not everyone is rich.
Panatieri’s Pizza & Pasta — Warren, NJ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a DoorDasher who’s been all over New Jersey—north, south, and everywhere in between—I’ve eaten a lot of pizza. It kind of comes with the territory. Somewhere between deliveries, traffic, and lukewarm GPS directions, I’ve made it my personal mission to stop into mom-and-pop pizza spots, grab a couple slices, and see who’s really holding it down.
Panatieri’s Pizza & Pasta in Warren? Yeah… they’re doing it right.
I went with the plain thin-crust slice, because if a pizza place can’t nail that, nothing else matters. And this slice was delicious. Thin, crisp, and cooked just right—not floppy, not cracker-dry. The sauce had solid flavor without overpowering anything, and the cheese? Perfectly balanced. Just enough to be satisfying, not so much that it slides off and drips down your hand like a mozzarella landslide. I could actually eat the slice like a normal human being. That alone earns respect.
This is the kind of pizza you finish and immediately think, “Yeah… I’d come back for this.” No gimmicks. No overthinking. Just classic Jersey pizza done with care.
After delivering food all over this state, I can say with confidence: Panatieri’s is one of those local spots that deserves the love. If you’re in or around Warren and want a legit, no-nonsense slice from a real neighborhood pizza joint, put this place on your list.
I’ll definitely be back—probably between dashes, probably grabbing “just one more slice.” 🍕
This is a really good pizza place. I used to come here all the time. I suggest them getting a hand sanitizer dispenser. nothing fancy. it’s a cheap and good way to slightly improve this place especially around the winter where people get sick.
Feel like the taste of the pizza here has improved compared to last year. FYI they also have cannoli (their only dessert offering) which is not written on the menu.
