Quite unusual but my a husband and I are both in rehab. The staff is responsive and the areas are kept very clean. We hope they continue this positive attitude toward our older generation.
Staff attitude is amazing and always smiling, and asking if I need anything.
Housekeeping comes in daily to clean the room.
Therapist's are very kind and straight to the point. Essentially Dawn and Anna

I give Pine Acres so much praise for their care of my mom. I saw the great Google reviews so I set up an appointment to do a walk through and I was very impressed. My mom is a retired nurse that worked in nursing homes. I grew up going into nursing homes so I know the difference between a good and not so good nursing home. My mom developed dementia and it is such a debilitating disease, also it took a toll on her mentally. They are very patient with her behaviors and know hot to put her at ease. The staff is very caring and empathetic with my mom. All of the people that work at the front desk, the nurses, the custodial staff, the aides, the Director of Admissions Samantha, the Director of Nursing Cassandre and Leo the Nursing Home Administrator are always helpful and responsive. I go there 5-6 times a week to visit my mom at all different times of the day and they are consistently clean, attentive and on point. Schedule a visit and go see for yourself. May God bless them for their passion for their work!
I cannot say enough good things about Pine Acres Healthcare and Rehab Center. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, compassion, and professionalism. The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, cared for, and respected. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating an environment that feels like home.
The medical team is attentive and thorough, always taking the time to listen and explain. The rehab services are excellent, offering personalized programs that truly help with recovery and long-term health. What really stands out, though, is the kindness and dedication of every person who works here. They treat residents like family, and that makes all the difference.
