5/5 stars for the staff alone. The staff is incredible and they care. I can't say enough about how they support you and they make you feel like family. I know that is cheesy, but that is how I feel and how I still feel as an alumni. The facility itself is high class, the program sets you up for success with a foundation, and they provide you with resources for when you are discharged. If you need help, go to Pinelands!
Incredible, caring staff. The most loving and compassionate staff at a rehab facility I have ever met. The food wasn't always fantastic, and the beds could be better, but if you're focused on what is important, this place can provide a strong foundation with which to base your sobriety on. Shout out to Courtney and Ryan specifically.
I couldn’t recommend Pinelands more! I had no idea what to expect starting my recovery journey and I was so broken down and feeling helpless. All of the staff at Pinelands help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. The meetings were so helpful and introduced me to the AA Program which I had no familiarity with beforehand. Now I’m close to 9 months sober and owe it all to Pinelands. The alumni program run by Eric is such an amazing resource and I’m so happy to still be able to be connected with Pinelands even after leaving at the end of February. Thank you to everyone at pinelands ♥️
I don’t even know where to start. Pinelands Recover Center of Medford truly saved my life. When I walked through those doors, I never thought recovery was possible for me. I was broken, scared, and convinced I couldn’t change. But from the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and supportive team I’ve ever met. I got hit with the “welcome to the Ritz!” 🤣 IYKYK
The staff at Pinelands didn’t just treat me like a patient, they treated me like a person. Once you tell people you’re an addict, people never look at you the same but every single person went above and beyond to help me heal, rebuild, and believe in myself again. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and the food was really really good (seriously, better than I ever expected!). Everyone I spoke with there said that this is the best facility they’ve ever been to. It’s nice! I’m serious!!
I hid my disease from absolutely everybody, my family, friends and fiancé. I honestly feel like I got so lucky finding this place. Pinelands gave me something I never thought I’d have - a real second chance at life. Today, I’m almost 9 months sober. I also just got married a few weeks back and can honestly cry tears of pure happiness (actually happened this morning) because I’m living the life I once thought was impossible.
I remember reading reviews for this place before entering, so hopefully my review can help someone else like me 🩵 If you’re struggling, please believe me when I say this: if I can do it, anyone can. Pinelands gave me hope, STRENGTH, bravery and freedom. They helped me become the person I was always meant to be.
I seriously freaking love you guys. You all will forever hold a special place in my heart. The job is NOT easy 🤣 you guys are the true unsung heroes!!!
Much respect & forever grateful!!
Love,

When looking for treatment I went into it completely blindly and had no idea what to expect or anticipate. I am so happy and grateful I found and chose Pinelands. The entire staff from intake, to the tech and therapists were absolutely amazing. You could tell they truly cared and were there for any help that was needed. A majority of their staff is also in recovery which I feel like helped a lot because they had previously been through this as well. Their alumni program and app is awesome in keeping involved and connected once you leave. I just celebrated 4 months sober and I cannot remember the last time I was this truly happy and healthy in life. I just finished my summer semester with As after deciding to go back to college, have spent quality time making some great memories with family and friends and have found some new hobbies I absolutely love. I would never have accomplished all this without Pinelands. If you’re looking for help, this is by far one of the best places to go.
