I have known and trained with Val for over 10 years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. As a surgeon, my job is physically demanding. After suffering a significant back injury, she helped me safely regain my strength and confidence. When I became pregnant, she expertly modified my training so I could remain strong and pain-free, allowing me to continue operating through my pregnancy until my last week. Now, postpartum, I am stronger than ever and able to care for and lift my son without fear of re-injury.
