One Power Yoga

I'm so happy I was recommended OPY! Kim and all of the instructors are wonderful. The environment is warm and welcoming. From power yoga, to pilates and yin yoga there is something for everyone! Great studio all around!

The sense of community and support at this yoga studio is what keeps bringing me back multiple times a week. I love it! The Power Yoga is just the right amount of challenge while keeping me present. The care and knowledge of all the instructors is top notch. I started as a beginner and have built my strength and power to levels that I am very proud of. Thank you, One Power!

One Power Yoga (OPY) is an amazing yoga studio! I have been taking classes for 3 years at OPY. Kim, the owner and instructor, is lovely and has vast experience in yoga, dance, fitness, and pilates. Her training is extensive and she offers many modifications and options to tailor fit each class to her clients. Each class is different, so I am never bored. I have taken Power, Power Sculpt, and Slow Flow and they have been so beneficial to me in many ways. All of OPY's instructors are wonderful and each offers their own unique style, which helps to grow my skill set. So fun to take all of the different classes with all the talented and kind instructors. Power classes are challenging and there is always a mix of levels in each class. Those who are new to the practice are encouraged and guided each step of the way. Kim always makes you feel so at ease during class. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or if you are a long time yogi, you will feel like you belong. OPY is a warm, welcoming studio and I have brought many new clients who stay because they feel comfortable and enjoy the practice at OPY. The studio also participates in many charity events, which allows us to give back to the community. These events feel so good to be a part of! In addition, OPY offers weekend workshops with yogis from all over who speak and instruct on various topics. This has helped me to deepen my practice even further. It feels so good to be a part of the One Power Yoga community. It's always great to go to class for a terrific workout while among friends! After class, I always feel strong in body and mind. Furthermore, the uplifting, positive messages threaded throughout class truly leaves you feeling calm and as if you can tackle anything life has to offer!

Awesome yoga studio! All the instructors are very caring and knowledgable. As a beginner, I feel very comfortable taking classes and was always encouraged to work at my own level. You can't go wrong coming to One Power Yoga!
