Experience of getting my passport was smooth and Kathy was extremely personable and professional!
Kathy is a sweetheart and very helpful, the rest of the office not so much.
Closes at 4 apparently. Might want to be clear on times and service availability.
Don't like when they close before 4:30, especially on Fridays. Very unfair to the working people. Doors were locked at 4:20!
There is a WONDERFUL person working here who helped me with some documents I needed to take care of. She was patient and kind even though I was late and full of anxiety from “a morning.” Thank you!
Passport application by appointments only but they have always have appointments available. You don’t have to be bucks county resident to get passport appointment. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was 30 min early for my appointment. They took me in right away. Was in and out in 10 minutes.
