Pioneer auto went over and above to bring my car back. They were wonderful in every way. The receptionist who works their Dawn, I cannot say enough about how thoughtful, caring, knows what is taking place with your car and will give you all the necessary details. She is one of the best workers for a company I have ever dealt with. Her wonderful spirit to make you feel better is unbelievable, I thank her for all the great help she gave to me.

I was in my first accident last summer and was completely overwhelmed with the process of getting my car fixed. I called around a few different shops and spoke with Dawn at Pioneer and was touched by how compassionate and patient she was with me and my many questions. Cars are not an area of expertise for me, so I was anxious about the whole process. Dawn walked me through what to expect and explained what they would be doing to fix my car. She helped me get my rental car set up and really made the process as seamless and pain free as possible. My car looked good as new when I picked it up and had clearly been cleaned in preparation for my pickup.

I truly appreciate the care they put into fixing my car and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I could highly highly recommend using them and will be using them again in the future!
