Having left Central Jersey Equipment because their customer service is non-existent, I went to Eckert's with the intention of buying a new Stihl chainsaw. I was greatly impressed with Bob; he's very knowledgeable, and he's not only generous with his time in dealing with his customers, but it's obvious he appreciates your business. Superb customer service! I can highly recommend Eckert's Service Center!

Just got back from Eastern / Eckert's Outdoor Power Equipment. Brought two flat snowblower tires. If you know you know how hard it is to get air in them once they move off the rims. Bob asked me to wait for a couple of minutes and not only put air in them but put "rim seal" on each to prevent recurrence. Didn't charge me. What a GREAT guy! You need help with movers or blowers; this is the place to go.
I purchased a circular saw from one of the big box stores a few years ago and everything worked fine until the blade recently broke. I recently took the saw back to the store to ask for help in removing the stock blade. I was met with blank stares and “we don’t do that” from the “employees”.
After receiving the quality of customer service that I’ve grown accustomed to at the big box store, I called Eckert’s and was told to bring it in.
The guys at the store were able to fix the problem in less than 30 seconds and didn’t charge me at all. They did more to service a product they have nothing to do with than the actual store. That speaks volumes to me.
The next time I have to purchase a power tool, I’m going here. They have my business moving forward.
