Bill is very knowledgeable about the filter system and how it interacts with the local water. So happy we went with a whole house filter aand water softener.

We recently moved to a town with really hard water. Our neighbor recommended Purasoft to us, and Bill promptly came over for a product demo. It was quite eye-opening to see the effects of hard water!
It has been a couple months since the install, and the system is going great. We are able to drink out of tap, and have a visible positive impact on skin and hair. Added benefit is less cleaning due to almost no deposits on showerheads, taps, etc. The price is steep, and we hope the benefits continue to make it worth the money.

We love this service. Being able to drink from the tap is a wonderful thing. It is rare these days a product works exactly "as advertised", however this one does!

Bill is incredibly helpful and the system installed has drastically improved our water situation. Before the unit was installed we had hard water with a sulfur smell, it’s been 2 years since installation and we couldn’t be happier! We can drink the tap water and wash our clothes without any smells or stains!! Would absolutely recommend for anyone!!!
