I had major foot problems and after extensive treatment from another podiatrist, I went for a second opinion on what my next steps needed to be. I visited Dr Napoli in the Westwood office, and I am sure glad I did. What was needed was surgery on my ankle and foot and it was going to be a major one. I have to say the staff especially Carol was so helpful; she handled all the insurance questions I had and even reinforced what Dr. Napoli was saying. Carol has worked with Dr Napoli for at least 20 years, and they make a great team. Dr Napoli was so informative and went over everything that was going to happen with this 4-hour surgery. He took a lot of x-rays during my appointment went over them in detail, and he said that the healing process would take 9-12 months, and that I would not feel any pain that I was experiencing currently. Believe me I was in so much pain that there was no other choice but to trust Dr Napoli with the procedure. The after-surgery care appointments tracked the healing process, and it was a tough recovery not putting any pressure on my foot for a good month, but Dr Napoli was so supportive and any questions I asked when I was home on their portal were answered very quickly. As far as the estimated 9-12 months he was right on with that as well, after month 10 I was just about healed. If you are looking for a top-notch surgeon for any foot issue look no further than Dr. Napoli and staff in the Westwood office. It's nice to finally walk again with no pain!

The entire staff and the doctors are fantastic! You are in and out in no time. The worst part is the parking lot.
