There was a wide selection of both carpet and hard flooring and the customer service we received from Nancy, Tommy, and Greg was outstanding. All three were honest, patient, knowledgable, and beyond helpful. They put absolutely no pressure on us to make a decision. We dealt mostly with Nancy and Tommy and they helped transform our fixer upper house into a home. The installation crew was quick and efficient and did an amazing job as well. From the first time my husband and I walked in to Ramtown Carpet One to the end of our installation process we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Nancy, Tom, and the crew have made the process of putting in new floors stress free! Shopping, communication, installation (carpet and lvp), every step has been amazing! I have had 2 projects completed by Ramtown Carpet One. The first was in 2014 when I had wall to wall carpeting installed. In August 2018, as part of my kitchen renovation, I returned to Ramtown again because of my great experience with their store in 2014. My kitchen floor has 'unique' issues (which I won't delve into here) and I sought the advice of Nancy as to what material would be best to use for the new floor. She recommended luxury vinyl planks and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! What a great call Nancy made- she really knows her stuff! When I came to the store to choose the floor, Jesse was patient with me as I struggled to choose just the right one. Eric's installation crew were efficient and paid attention to detail. There was one minor issue that I noticed after the job was completed and Tom's concern that it be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction was reassuring. Tom & Eric came back and took care of it.
Overall, I highly recommend Ramtown Carpet One to anyone that is looking for a professional, friendly, and stress free shopping and installation service. They made me feel like I was their only client. They are fantastic!

This was my second experience with Ramtown flooring. Both projects were to install luxury vinyl tile. What brought me back to the store a second time were the employees that work there. My 2 projects were a few years apart and doing business with the same sales force and same installation crew made the experience all the more pleasant with no stress. I needed custom made stairnose on both projects, Nancy and Tom took care of those details flawlessly. The color match was perfect! When it came to the installation, my experience was the same. Tom, the installer, was on time, communicated well, left my home as clean as when he arrived and his workmanship was commendable. This team worked well together and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
