James was professional, courteous and prompt. Cleaned a vintage rug and eliminated the mothball smell, while maintaining the rich and vibrant color of the rug. Given that the rug bled whenever it was damp this is no small feat. Great job!

This is our second time using this company to clean our sectional sofa, because we have animals and they have accidents sometimes.
