We recently completed a home renovation with RGH and worked with Paul Vicari and Annie Kim. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the outcome of the project.
Paul’s team of subcontractors was excellent, and the work was finished on schedule and on budget. Paul’s attention to detail and commitment to the project was outstanding.
Where other contractors become hard to reach and lose focus as the project nears completion, Paul was the opposite. He remained focused on all the little things that come up at the end of a project and has continued to be in touch with us and helpful even after final payment was made. Having used other contractors in the past, this commitment and focus near project end was truly a differentiator.
We would highly recommend using them and would use them again.

My family recently worked with RGH and Paul Vicari and his assistant Annie. We did a master bedroom renovation, including adding a bathroom and walk-in closet. Paul was always extremely communicative, always letting us know what was planned for the day and week. We never had to guess if anyone would be showing up or not. Paul first told us the job would take about 3 months, but he finished it in 2. He always gave his recommendations throughout the project, which we appreciated. We were extremely pleased with the project overall. Paul also made sure that we could live in our house comfortably while the construction was going on. Everyday the house was left clean. Paul treated our home as if it were his own. We highly recommend working with Paul, Annie and the rest of RGH. Thank you!

We just finished a major kitchen, mudroom, and dining room project (where reversed the locations of the kitchen and dining room) and couldn't be more pleased with RGH's results. Project managers Ryan and Alec were always available, the quality of work was exceptional, and there were no pricing surprises. While RGH's price wasn't the cheapest, we appreciated not receiving change orders for every little thing found in our 110+ year old house. We highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

We recently had our kitchen redone by RGH Development and we could not be happier with the outcome! Steve was our project manager and he was organized, communicative, and very helpful in helping us make decisions! We redid the whole kitchen and the project only took 4 weeks. They were punctual, thorough, trustworthy, and friendly. It was the best experience for our first renovation project and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

We couldn’t be more grateful we went with RGH. From the initial meeting to the final product, RGH was professional, courteous and efficient. RGH completed numerous projects for us simultaneously over the course of four months and each came out better than we expected. Steven, our contractor, was very communicative each step of the way helping us make decisions and finding the right supplies for our projects. Steven’s crew, including Esteban were extremely knowledgeable about their crafts, brainstorming solutions and bringing in the right people for the right jobs. We felt as though the work was reasonable priced, and costs were discussed transparently throughout the process. When we purchased our house, we assumed it was a starter home, but RGH transformed it into our forever home! We can’t wait to have them again for additional projects.
