My husband and I purchased a Stingray boat from Riptide Marine at the Atlantic City Boat Show. The Riptide team has been been nothing but top shelf, amazing. Dean, Roger, and Martin especially! We couldn't be happier with their service and with our new boat. I highly recommend this team! Their customer service, professionalism and dedication to their customers is the absolute best that I have seen from any company!

My Wife and I ordered our 2025 Stingray 231DC from Berkeley Island Marine (Riptide Marine Center) after seeing it at the Raritan Center Boat Show in Edison, NJ. We immediately liked our Salesman Roger Babson. He answered and explained in detail every question we could throw at him. He's extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and will tell you his personal opinion when asked. He's an honest Salesman which is usually a contradiction in terms.
There was a small misunderstanding regarding the fish finder installation. However, to say everyone there went above and beyond to remedy the mistake, is the understatement of the century. I'd also like to mention the owner of the business ( Martin ) and express how impressed I was with how hands-on he is with customers, purchases, and problems. Typical business owners leave dealing with customers to their employees. I've never seen a more involved business owner and I highly respect that. I would have no problem sending a friend, family member, or stranger to Berkeley Island Marine (Riptide Marine Center) for a boat purchase. I know they would be in good hands with good people.
I purchased a Carolina Skiff LS23 which I saw at the AC Boat show. Roger and Martin both worked to ensure I had all the proper information and paperwork for the boat, and delivered it to my dock. My Garmin GPS was acting up, and Martin had a serviceman at my house in 48 hours to replace the unit. Great service can not be found like this anymore except at Riptide.
We purchased our first boat from Riptide in October 2020 and we could not be happier. The process start with an introduction to brand we wanted to look at, Sea Chaser, and a through explanation of the differences between the HFC 19, 22, and 24. After learning the differences in the features we moved from the 22 up to the 24 and are glad we did. We laid out what we had to work with and where we wanted to be for a payment and they knocked it out of the park, first time I have ever purchased something and got the Down payment I wanted with a monthly payment slightly below what I wanted. The service work has been outstanding so far, I'm not particularly handy so I had them install my electronics and service the engine after break-in. I suppose all this is a one way to say if you are looking for a good quality dealer that will take the time to answer every question, show you how too, and suggest best practices you need to look no further that Riptide.
