Dr. Hong is so kind and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable in her field and makes it more comforting to work with her through this process.

Below is the description of my original experience and review, which I initially gave 1 star. The office saw this and was able to respond with much better service, so I am changing my start review to 4…..thank you for taking your patients feedback into consideration and augmenting the patient experience process.

Specifically for DR. MORRIS’ office and TRACY who STILL HASNT CALLED ME BACK. Don’t waste your time. If the office is awful, it doesn’t matter how good the doctors are—you’ll go through unnecessary stress during this process. The office can’t get it together: they call and leave a voicemail, but when you call back, no one returns it. When you get the call center, they don’t actually help because they don’t even understand their own platform. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They’re unaware that the system just sent you an email the same morning! And they hang up on you!!!! THEY ALSO THREATEN TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT when they had OVER 2 WEEKS TO FOLLOW UP ON THEIR OWN SYSTEM AND SEE WHAT THEIR ISSUE IS. INCREDIBLY AWFUL.

RMA has been great. Dr. Gill is a fantastic doctor she is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. The communication with the treatment team is on point. I am able to message my nurse directly on an app and she replies immediately. It is really great medicine! Medicine done well.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about RMA Fertility Clinic and the incredible team that supported us through our journey. From the very beginning, Dr. Hong was a beacon of hope and compassion. She is not only brilliant in her field but also incredibly kind and patient. At our first consultation, she took the time to sit with us, draw diagrams, and explain every detail of the process so we felt informed and empowered. Her genuine care extended beyond just the clinical side—after our unfortunate miscarriage, she showed such deep compassion and held hope for us when we needed it most. Thanks to her, we are now successfully pregnant again, and I truly believe she is an angel on earth.

The nursing staff was equally amazing—Nurse Amanda was always helpful, prompt, and courteous, making each visit feel comfortable and cared for. Sandra at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile every time, and Ernesto in bloodwork brought humor and calm energy to every appointment, which made the weekly blood draws something I could actually look forward to.

There are so many wonderful people involved in the care at RMA, and while I may not remember all their names, I want to say thank you to everyone. Every interaction I had at RMA was a positive one, and I’ll forever be grateful for the role each of you played in helping us grow our family. Thank you, RMA!
