Good service. You can tell Ahmed (owner?) is eager and excited to showcase his Egyptian menu items. It's nice and refreshing to see genuine enthusiasm for food that they serve.

I tried the Turkish coffee, chicken shawarma feteer, kebda, and hummus. All were delicious and good portions.

Will definitely come back again to try other items on the menu.

It’s a true hole-in-the-wall gem — very Egyptian in both flavor and vibe. The service is excellent, and the food comes out quickly. We tried the mombar (stuffed peritoneum with rice) — it might sound intimidating, but it’s absolutely delicious and a must-try if you’re a food adventurer. The kebda (beef liver) was full of flavor with just the right hint of spice. We also got the sausage pie, cheese pie, and pastrami pie — all fantastic. Just make sure you come hungry, because once you start eating, it’s hard to stop! Also make sure you don’t over do with this delicious heavy meal!

Tastes like a good home cooked meal! Had the mixed plated (half fish and half chicken shawarma) and it was delicious from the first bite. So much so that I forgot to take a picture. Then I had the most delicious, authentic Egyptian sparkling drink which I highly recommend. Asked for their rice pudding when I left and it was delicious as well. The only thing was that the restaurant was a bit warm but that will not stop me from coming back again.

Rafael served us with great deal of service. He is very kind. The food was great and priced well. We really enjoyed the crepe and the Turkish coffee a lot.
