Purchased a scale about 2 years ago. I haven't really used it & along the way I lost the directions. I was having issues with error codes. I called Bill and he was driving & told me he could mail the manual in two days. I was happy with that! What made me give this company 5 stars, he started texting me problem solving issues and I was able to fix the scale that day, and two days later he sent the manual! That is customer service! Thanks for helping when I needed and going over and beyond to make sure my item was working properly!

Absolute great! I didn’t know that there is such thing as a scale expert. Bill is amazing! Thoroughly explains and designs scales to your needs. Can’t wait to stare using my new efficient scales
