Working with Angela Viviani at Silverwoods was a great experience. She was a huge help to both myself and my clients, always responsive and cooperative, and helped keep the process moving quickly and as stress-free as possible. Angela truly represents the adorable, community-friendly neighborhood of Silverwoods so well and makes it a very compelling place to be.

I wish there was more than 5 Stars because Angela Viviani deserves a million! My fiance and I went to look at a Unit in Silverwoods and we instantly knew we wanted to make Silverwoods our New Home! Angela was so sweet and did everything in her power to make our dreams a reality! Expedited paperwork ,was so quick to respond and was very transparent with all questions we had! With in 2 days we became Tenants! We are looking forward to starting our journey at Silverwoods!

I contacted Silverwoods in Toms River on behalf of a client looking for a rental for her elderly parents, and Angela was exceptional. Her communication was fast, clear, and helpful. She answered every question and guided us through the process with ease.

My wife and I moved into Silverwoods in Feb/Mar of 2025. We were turned off by the HOA rules and general surliness of some of the people we met while looking at homes in some of the 55+ communities. All of that changed when we met with Angela. She was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome when we first met her. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions without any hesitation. I have no hesitation to say that Angela helped to make our decision to move to Silverwoods. And we don't regret it. To this day Angela still greets us with a smile and hello, it just makes you feel good about where you are at.
