Using a visual chart and reward card made a big difference—it helped Adrian feel comfortable, engaged, and proud of his cooperation. Dr. Mann and her amazing team, especially Jadira, provided the absolute best care for my son during his lip and tongue tie release. From start to finish, Dr. Mann was incredibly thorough. Her consultation and evaluation left no questions unanswered, and she explained the procedure and home care instructions with clarity and patience.

Dr. Mann and her staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the visit both in parent and kid friendly terms. Even the front desk staff was pleasant to work with- offering a huge smile upon arrival and activities to keep the kids busy while we waited for our appointment time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mann and the incredible impact she’s had on my breastfeeding journey. Before coming to her office, I was dealing with repeated mastitis and could only feed my baby using a nipple shield. Even after a previous tongue and lip tie revision done elsewhere, my baby continued to struggle, and I truly felt hopeless.
Dr. Mann took the time to thoroughly evaluate my 2 month old and discovered a cheek tie that had never been addressed. She performed a gentle laser revision, and the difference was remarkable. With time and support, we were finally able to wean off the nipple shield. Now, my baby is nursing well and steadily gaining weight and I finally feel confident and relieved!
I only wish I had known from the beginning how much more effective and gentle laser treatment is compared to the scissor method. Dr. Mann’s expertise, kindness, and support made all the difference. I am forever grateful and would recommend her to anyone struggling with feeding challenges. She truly changed our lives!

The front office staff is kind, helpful, and inviting. The clinical staff was upbeat, happy and patient with my son.
