Five stars! Quick processing and friendly staff. I really liked the X-ray girl, too. Reminded me of my niece. She was very nice and answered questions I didn’t expect her to know. She wouldn’t tell me if it was broken- something about policy. i had to go back in the next day to pick up the cd and saw everyone in masks. That’s obnoxious that you’re having employees wearing masks this January. Have not you learned anything from Covid? Masks don’t work. If a patient is sick, and don’t want to cough spittle onto someone, they can wear a mask. But for these guys and girls to work all day in a mask that prevents nothing, is terrible. It’s nothing but politics and it’s rather disappointing. Come on! Don’t put people through annoying stuff like this for optics. My daughter had to recently wear masks again and the whole office got sick. They stopped it. Realized it was worse. They said if we all got sick what’s the point of wearing them? Once everyone as better they stopped the temporary policy. She’s at Jefferson in the city if you want to verify.
Anyway. Thanks. Nice place. Not a zombiefest like some offices. Everyone welcome to snails or have small talk. In and out quickly. And I live close which is a bonus.
SJRA is a top quality facility. The care and service is excellent. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. They are truly professional. They take time to listen and provide excellent care.

The staff was very friendly. The office was clean. Great service. The receptionist with the great smile was super sweet, too.
