Very mixed feelings about this company, Remy was a huge help when starting the process however I was told that the company accepted my insurance so booked autism assessments for my two children. Once the assessments were completed I was told I would need 4 more evaluations completed (between 2 kids) before an official assessment could be done. This is standard practice, however I was then notified that they would not accept my insurance for the new evaluations and I woul have to pay out of pocket or go somewhere else. I feel the whole process was misleading and wasted valuable time tht could have been spent contacting other companies.

The communication is perfect, the doctors helping my daughter have been amazing, so available, supportive and overall just nice to deal with. Professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Blackbird Health has been a great resource for our family. The staff is welcoming, and the environment feels calm and supportive. Our first visit with John Plummer was excellent—he made my son feel comfortable right away and really included him in the process. My son left feeling motivated and heard, which meant a lot to both of us. We appreciate the care and support Blackbird Health provides.

Blackbird has been very easy to work with. The onboarding process was easy to complete, and we were connected with a therapist pretty quickly. She has been a great help for our family and really has our best interests in mind. She’s very caring, VERY pleasant. We meet with our therapist virtually, and she’s been easy to get an appointment with. I’m grateful that our Pediatrician connected us with them.

I have been very satisfied so far. I had a great intake appointment with Tammy who is absolutely wonderful in getting my granddaughter who is 10 years old scheduled I had my intake on a Saturday and by Monday. I had an appointment scheduled for the following week I couldn’t be happier so far.
