I met Susan about 5 years ago and she has been a godsend. She is a thoughtful listener and provides good perspectives on my issues. I have tried other therapists but none were as understanding and forthright as her.
I have been working with Susan for a year and have made amazing progress and changes. My anger was taking over my life and we delved into the root causes that occurred throughout my life and now I am much calmer having understood these and letting them go. I have also been working on several major regrets in my life, addressing them in depth one at a time. Hard work but the relief of being able to understand them more fully and facing them head on has been a major blessing.
When first beginning therapy, there was no realistic expectation, only that I wanted to change my life, burdened by depression, anxiety and self hatred to one of enjoyment and happiness. This miraculous transformation was made possible by her teaching me how to it all by myself. I will always be profoundly grateful for Susan’s advice, effectiveness and concern.
