If you are in search of home improvement renovation, you can confide in James & his professional team. They remodeled the kitchen, the entire 1st floor, 4 bathrooms, and full basement. We had a great experience with James and the team at Space Design. In order to accommodate and recover for the lost time as a result of the delayed commencement of the project (due to permit and condo approval process that had taken longer than expected), the team really expedited the process and was able to cross the finish line even earlier than the originally expected timeline without compromising the high quality work. We were extremely happy how responsive this contractor was. James is a good problem solver and he is able to react quickly to any unforeseen problems that the contractors generally face all the time as the work goes on and suggests a great workaround if needed. We recommend this business for anyone who is interested in doing a renovation project around the town.

We had an excellent experience using James and his very capable and competent team of workers. Being that it was a total renovation of our condo, we trusted James with his vision of what he thought would be best to do for the makeover. He worked with us to provide what we wanted but also provided very constructive suggestions and explanations for things that would not go well. He really spelled things out that it was easy for us to understand things.

From the start of the project to the end, everything was very organized and he was very punctual, especially considering we had time restrictions on when work and renovations could be done at the condo. Communication was excellent and his attention to details is something that we all appreciated. Even after the job was completed he followed up a couple of times to make sure everything was satisfactory.
