All the Osprey nesting platforms were empty in June and the few wading birds were at long range for even a 210mm lens also the deer flys at twilight are murder so not so bad other than the extreme range to the Osprey nesting platforms
Can always spot several different species of birds any time you go. Trails could use a new coating of crushed shell's.
There’s a bird watching house that you can hide and take pictures inside
You should know that there is not a parking lot directly next to the entrance to the path to get into this area. It isn't far of a walk but there is a little bit of a walk. Also once you get to the head of the trail I would say it's about a 1/3 of a mile into the bird line you'll come to a junction with a picnic table and you bear to the right to get to the bird blind. I was able to see some ducks there.
