Starbucks Coffee Company

Go here almost everyday during break for the past two and half years now. The people who work there are the most friendly individuals you’ll meet in customer service. Always happy to see you and have a smile on their faces. Really outstanding service and group there, better than most Starbucks in the area.

This Starbucks is honestly one of my favorite ones to go to. The staff is always super friendly and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing because my drinks always come out great, no matter how busy it gets. Definitely my go-to spot when I want good coffee and good vibes.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over three years now, early morning around 5:30 AM and this team is there smiling, ready to go. My coffee is always perfect..every single time… no matter how busy it gets. They go out of their way to say “hello” or “how are you?”. The entire team is friendly, fast, professional and always in a great mood, which honestly makes starting my day so much better.

Managers Jason and Kayla deserve huge credit, they’re always smiling, greeting customers and running the store with so much pride. Their dedication and commitment to their team and customers truly shows.

I have to shout out the crew Sam, Danielle, Sevy, Daisy and all the others. They are some of the hardest-working, kindest people I’ve ever met. Everyone there works so hard to make sure every drink, every visit and even every pup cup is perfect.

They’ve made my mornings something to look forward to and my pups couldn’t agree more. Stopping in daily has become apart of my day and it’s all thanks to this amazing team Starbucks has! Thank you all for being the absolute best! 💚☕🐾

Update: Tried to help

Gave it one last shot and I hate to say it but the drink got worse. It was so bitter I couldn't finish it. (8oz) I wanted to try and help up the review however, I had to take one away. Won't be returning.

For context ive never eaten here nor sat down so id rather give 5 stars than 0 because it would be un-fair to review negatively if ive never had the opportunity to experience those subjects.

2 stars overall and let me start off by saying I am indeed a coffee geek. More so the art of espresso....pulling so to speak. The 2 stars comes because every time I come in for a specific very plain (no sugar just espresso and milk froth or 1/2 n 1/2) i am faced with drastically different flavors. Same 2 interchange variants depending on the day and I always have a new dramatically different experience. Not always bad but today (the day of this review 25 Oct)2025 im am left upset unfortunately.

I get a cortado espresso (3 shots blonde espresso and milk variation) but what i have in my cup taste nothing close. I can describe it as a drip coffee tart bitterness (which for you non snobs is just regular ground very course grain coffee) and milk added to it.

Not even close to what espresso should be and that is not a great feeling given i spend $5.00 to $6.00 for 8fl Oz of what is supposed to taste completely different.

I genuinly dislike leaving bad...negative reviews and I am intending for this to just be an eye opener for the manager and staff. Not shaming, just voicing.

Either way this is taken i hope despite this speed bump everyone has a wonderful and blessed day.

KAYLA GIRL!!You made my day. You could hear the exasperation, exhaustion and frustration in my voice as I ordered my caramel macchiato and you just knew you needed to brighten my day. Thank you for going above and beyond for this special needs momma/school admin about to head back to work and just taking care of business! You rock!!!! Everyone go see them at Starbucks on 9 by Stop n Shop!!!
