went in for my first spray tan and Debbie made me feel so at ease! she was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. will definitely be going back!
Because of an employees incompetence and lack of communication I had two tans that I paid for almost a year ago and can’t use them because to my surprise they expired after 6 months. So basically I paid for tans that I am unable to use, through no fault of my own. When I called to make an appointment and inquire about the tans I believed I had left, the woman I spoke with was so rude and unkind. I explained to her that that if I knew that the tans expired in December, I would have used them and she laughed. There is another tanning place in the area I’ve tanned at in the past, that I’ll be returning to. I only went to Sunstation because it was the closer to my house and the tanning beds were ok, but it’s worth it to drive just a few extra minutes to tan in a place that not only clearly communicates and is transparent with their clients but they also have emotional intelligence.
Clean salon. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Good products. Strong beds. They even include spray tanning. The owner knows her stuff! HIGHLY suggest as your go-to tanning salon, year round :)
I had a last minute request for an appointment and they went out of their way to accommodate! My spray tan looked great and lasted a pretty long time. Will be back again!
DEBBIE IS AN ANGEL. Tomorrow is my wedding day, and I got a spray tan down by where I live yesterday in cherry hill. I came up to Vernon last night, showered, and noticed a huge white patch on my arm. I called Sun Station (after not being there in over 15 years) and told Debbie my situation and she told me to come right in. She was so thoughtful in how to help make me look good for my big day tomorrow, talking through my different options. I could not be more grateful, she even refused to charge me despite me attempting a few times. THANK YOU DEBBIE for saving me!!!
