Joe was a great help and provided quick, professional service. We needed some car key fobs duplicated and calibrated. He had it done and tested in a very short amount of time. Hours of operation are being updated so it's best to call first to verify. Thank you!
I received highly expert and friendly service at my house today. However, the final cost was much higher than the phone quotation. I have asked for a detailed receipt and not yet received it.
The place shows that it's supposed to be open from 2:00 to 5:00 on Fridays. Says so right on there opening and closing sign in the window and on Google. Got up there on Friday and no one is there. I call the number on their sign/door and apparently the guy tells me that they no longer are going to be open on Fridays. But the worker guy could care less apparently. Didn't even apologize for the inconveniece or for failing to update not only the physical hours on their own building but also online. Just basically told me that's the way it is. Poor way to run a business. I would hate to see the quality of their actual services if they show such little regard for their customer's time.
A great shop. Couldn't ask for nicer folks (especially Debbie), or for a better job. Quick and simple, no drama. Would absolutely recommend or use again.
Sussex County Lock has the friendliest staff. Right now my interaction has only been over the phone, they answered all my questions about purchasing a gun safe and installation (I'm coming in soon) And if you didn't know, when you purchase a gun safe, for fire arms, it is tax free.
