If you are looking for a personal trainer, Phil is your guy! He is extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness and makes sure you get a great work out in while keeping it fun.
Phil is the best! I trained with him for 2.5 years, those weekly sessions got me through the pandemic! He's a super chill guy, and also super knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness. He introduced me to a lot of new exercises and did a great job of mixing the sessions up so things never got stale. And while they were challenging sessions, he made sure they were still fun. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get fitter!
I’ve been working with Phil for the past couple of years and he is a superb trainer and coach! He tailors workouts to your individual needs, taking into account any injuries or sensitivities. He has an incredible repertoire of workouts so each session is different. Phil is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, health and nutrition. The workouts are always fun and the time flies by.
