I had a great experience with them. I first found them on ebay, but since they were close enough I decided to stop by the showroom to inspect the dishwasher I was considering. I never expect too much from a place reselling open box items, but they were very helpful and accommodating with everything. I highly recommend Techno and will be buying more items for my renovation!
The prices at this location are great, and the on-site service is decent. However, the communication—whether by phone or email—is completely unreliable and frustrating. I dealt with a representative named Anna over the course of two days, and almost every response was delayed, including urgent requests that needed immediate attention. Because of the lack of timely communication, I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing, especially since this place was recommended by a family member. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping here again.
Nice people, very helpful. They even arranged delivery and removal, for a fee of course. But you go there knowing they have new stock scratch and ding and closeouts (but not all) and at steep discounts. Where else will you find a Fisher Paykel refrigerator at half the cost? Hard to find the location because they don't have the entrance well-marked. The refrigerator itself is fantastic! The dings were low on the sides and back and completely hidden by my wall and cabinets. It's very high quality, counter-depth so it's a perfect fit for a small kitchen.
