Jamie is the man! Had a great experience at this dealership. He went above and beyond with a Tesla keycard issue when he didn’t have to. The service team was already closed but he made sure to sort out my issue. Give that man a raise asap please!
I recently brought my car in for a battery replacement and tire rotation. Everything was easy from start to finish - I scheduled the appointment through the app and within a few hours, they followed up with additional service recommendations based on my mileage and what they could see remotely. Once I approved, an estimate came through shortly after. So seamless!
When I dropped off my car, I was ready to either wait the 3 hours in the waiting room or walk over to the shops on E. Palisade (~1.5 miles away), but they surprised me by offering a spotless loaner instead.
Wish I'd caught the names of the techs who helped me. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I was also pleasantly surprised when the total cost ended up being much lower than the estimate.
This center runs like a well-oiled machine, which is impressive considering they only opened a month ago. Highly recommend this location over Paramus and Springfield - great to see new service centers opening up to ease the traffic at the older ones!
