Cool experience! Employees were nice. There was a line on a Sunday morning. Got to shop around while I waiting for the coffee! I got the tiramisu latte.. 10/10! They also have their own exclusive merch
I came from Massachusetts with my family to visit, and it did not disappoint! All. The merchandise is beyond adorable! The tabby cake was good but a little Sweeter than expected, the coffee selection was good too ,but I'm writing this review for Nancy ! She was incredible, so personable , so easy to talk too and patient, this girly loves her job and it shows in her amazing customer service skills
She made the experience worth the 6 hour drive I would come back just for her !
This is a quaint, quiet and robust coffee shop found in the outlet mall. We came on an overcast day but am sure this would be a great accoutrement to a sunny day!
The staff were pleasant Justin, Nora, and Jeanette were amazing and courteous. They handled a large crowd with deft professionalism and unrequitting patience.
The coffee was delicious. I had a red eye and my partner a matcha latte. Both came in about 8 minutes despite the foot traffic which, for perspective, there was over 30 people within the shop at the time. It was hot and the cups/straws decent.
There’s ample seating and the bar table comes equipped with 2 retractable plugs so you can plug in your electronics. The seats are aluminum and okay for comfort. I wouldn’t sit in them for a long time.
The ambiance was chill yet hip.
Prices are decent.
Overall a great experience. A good little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the outlet and guaranteed you’d be able to take a breather here during busier months esp. in the summer when it’s hot.
The coffees were delicious. I was told the blueberry muffin was well made. The Tabby Cake was more like A thick brownie covered in chocolate hard shell. It was very rich in chocolate. The cafe is small and connected to the actual store. It was a cute experience.
A small cute cafe with a few tables and a counter to sit at. It is connected to the Coach Outlet. It does get crowded because it’s fairly new. As most people are coming for the experience.
The staff was wearing Coach-branded uniforms, from their hats down to their aprons.
While there, I had a regular coffee and their signature Tabby Chocolate Cake, shaped like a Coach purse. It was really good. The coffee was pretty good too. They had signature coach coffee cups and coffee stirs.
I grabbed some of their exclusive merchandise, which you can only purchase at their store. A tote $95 and the clutch $45. Both the clutch and tote are crafted from high-quality, heavy-duty materials that feel incredibly durable.
The merchandise on display are display items. You will find fingerprints all over most things. However, the good thing. When I was looking over the items to find clean ones. One of the staff members told me. You can order those items on display at the register. We will give you clean packaged ones.
I feel most should keep in mind it’s small. It can feel cramp in the seating area. So, it’s more of a quick sit down, have your coffee and treat and move on.
Also, know you are definitely paying for the experience and name as with anything else. However, I enjoyed my time there and would do it again.
