Went up from NYC to look at a used Ducati bike. Nice, low-pressure sales environment with clear and upfront fair pricing, some prep fee but no surprises. Offered me a fair deal on my trade-in and I paid the asking price for the new bike and they worked with me on some consumables. Great experience, I'd recommend them to my friends!

Arrived at the at the cycle exchange yesterday to look at my Harley I bought. 2008 Electra glide police edition. Was greeted by friendly Staff. My visit was so simple and easy. I would recommend thie cycle exchange to anyone looking to get a motorcycle. Awesome experience.

Had a great experience with The Cycle Exchange! Worked with John on a trade-in — he was super helpful, straightforward, and gave a very fair offer. Also worked with Dash, who was friendly, no-nonsense, and made closing the deal quick and easy. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the used bike I picked up was in fantastic shape. A real breath of fresh air compared to some other NY/NJ dealers — would (and will) highly recommend The Cycle Exchange to anyone looking to buy or sell a bike!

I have bought bikes from 4 different dealers in northern NJ and the cycle exchange is by far the most efficient, simplistic, and pleasant experience i've ever had... found the very rare blue/black m109r so I drove in to go see it and knew instantly i wanted it. Bike was listed at 10k, paid the $500 dealer fee and tax and the grand total was 11.2k that was it! NO BS FEES.. I would have never gotten that deal at motorcycle mall or hanover power sports or anywhere else. So i ran to my bank handed them a check for 11,200 and off i went with an awesome new bike. This is definitely my go to dealer now 100%.
