Daytime staff here is excellent, but Brianna truly stands out. She runs a tight ship with genuine care for both her team and—most importantly—the guests. Her leadership shows in every detail, and it’s clear she has elevated this location to a higher standard. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and draws a great crowd of consumers.
Maria on the cleaning staff is an angel—smart, proactive, and always a step ahead. Breakfast is another highlight, managed by a staff member who was tremendously helpful and incredibly kind.
This place is a model of hospitality done right. Highly recommended. Great job, Brianna and team—good stuff, Hub!
Needs repairs! After staying at many, many hotels, I must say The Hub has great potential but needs major upkeep and repairs. While our room seemed to be clean, their were spackled repairs in the bathroom, and the worst part was the odor! Our room had a nasty, undetermined smell which was unable to disappear after complaining - which I had to do at the front desk because the digital assistant didn’t help, and when I picked up the phone in the room to contact the front desk, the wire was gone, lol!! Yikes. The ceiling in the hallway is in an obvious state of disarray, is a leak up there? The particular room we were in had 2 queen beds and would be more appropriate for a single king bed…. As when I reached into the space between one of the beds and wall to adjust the thermostat, the frame of the bed was sticking out and gauged my shin.
I’ve stayed here four times now, and the experience is always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything runs smoothly. Friendly staff, great location and always a comfortable stay.
An average hotel with spotty room cleaning services. Our first night our room wasn’t cleaned. Second night we didn’t get fresh bath towels and the used ones were removed so we had nothing. The breakfast was well done and a good variety of options. Warning: this is a very noisy location. You will hear people in the hallway, doors opening and closing and passing traffic.
