24 hr emergency call number would be great. I’m currently here at 5:45 am with large blankets that now weigh 40lbs each soaking wet because the spin cycle didn’t work and I can’t get a hold of anyone. So I guess I’m just screwed even though I just spent 70$ here to do all my wash?
Called and left a message but I guess I’m just stuck here until someone comes in…..

Love this laundromat! It’s always clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. They even host a free weekly Literacy Circle for children ages 3–5, so caregivers can take care of their laundry while the kids enjoy crafts and storytime. The program is run by certified reading specialists, which makes it such a wonderful community resource. Highly recommend!

I haven't, i've been to a public laundromat in probably a little more than 20 Years. Unfortunately we ended up in a situation where the washer at the house was down and while saving up to get a nice new washer and dryer combo the wife and I
I couldn't wait any longer to do laundry. We are night owls and i'd like to avoid crowds when we can, so we were looking for a 24 hour laundromat. I'm surprised about how few there are out there now. They were everywhere in the early 2000's, but now they seem few, and far between. I guess I should be thankful for this because the closest 1 to my house was about twelve miles away in Hackettstown, which just happens to be where I grew up. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty empty. Even though it was 10pm i thought for sure with school starting back up and Centenary College being so close there would was good chance it might be busy. Unfortunately for the owner, There was only one other family there doing, their laundry. Then I noticed how many washers and dryers there were. They crammed a washer or dryer in every square inch that they could while still having plenty of seating. I don't know how long this place has been in business at this location, but it was also super clean and new looking. Lastly, and I don't know if this is a standard thing now for laundromats but using a QR code or NFC to pay right at the washer and dryer is a game changer. Next level convenient. The only issue I had was that I setup my washer with an extra rinse and an extra spin which raised the price from 6 bucks to 8 bucks on a medium sized washer. Not a big deal on the price at all, you want additional service,You should pay for it, but when I tried to use my phone to pay, it only charged me the standard 6 bucks. The machine took it, but then was asking for another 2 dollars. I had to run over to the change machine and get quarters to make up the difference. Not a big deal but i can see how that might be annoying if the place is busy and you are just trying to get in there and get out. I know, first world problems right,"Oh poor me I had to put quarters into the machine instead of paying with my phone!,"LOL! Seriously though I am in IT and the idea and technology behind the app is awesome. It's not even really an app, it all runs in a browser. The front end is still a little janky and doesn't feel like its done yet. But this is a laundry mat review, not a review of an app.

This place is a 10 out of 10 all day and I'd recommend it to anybody. As a matter of fact, even when we get our washer and dryer back up running,if we fall behind on laundry and I have more than just a couple loads that need to get done, I'm coming here and knocking them out rather than doing it at home.

This place is fantastic. I usually do my laundry at another place in town that has been getting progressively worse (dirty, multiple broken machines that aren't getting fixed)
I was shocked to find that all machines here are in working order and they have an app for the machines that allows you to pay that way. I truly doubt I'll ever be going back to the other place.

Absolutely amazing service!! I am in my last few weeks of pregnancy and my washer broke, I brought in LOADS of laundry to be washed and folded. The woman who took care of me was so friendly and helpful, and made the whole process so easy for me! Not to mention the turnaround time is incredible, seriously I’d highly recommend their wash and folded service or any other service they offer. I’m sure they out the same effort and attention to detail in any other services they offer. THANK YOU
