We live down the street and came here once when we moved 3 years ago and didn’t really enjoy the pizza - was too greasy! But this new management and the pizza we ordered tonight was awesome! Can’t wait to order from a closer place for pizza now, so nice haha
I had the most amazing experience at this pizza shop! The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the staff made sure everything was just right.
The pizza itself is incredible!!!! Crispy yet chewy crust, flavorful sauce, and freshly made. I got pie with half cheese and chicken topping. Every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. They also offer other dishes! I got the baked ziti that was so full of flavor and deliciously made!
This is one of the best pizza spots! If you’re craving great pizza, value and a great vibe, this is the place.
I stopped by this pizza shop on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. The pizza was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time!!! The place itself was spotless. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I’ll definitely be back!
If you’re looking for truly amazing pizza, look no further than Angelo’s pizzeria! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of fresh dough, bubbling cheese, and wood-fired perfection.
Aside from the pizza, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The atmosphere was cozy and casual, perfect for a night out with friends or a relaxed family dinner.
This place has officially become our go-to pizza spot. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great food made with care!
Don't knock the small guys and the super local spots. This pizzeria doesn't look like much from the outside, and it's in a random location, sharing street space with a tiny salon and a consignment store that never seems to be open. But this no-nonsense hole in the wall serves up really decent slices.
My husband and I stopped in for our first visit a few months ago to grab a quick bite. For me, siting in one of the few counter stools while waiting for our slice felt like a trip back in time. The menu hanging overhead looked a little dated, and everything looked just a little worn for the wear. When those slices came out on a slightly greasy paper plate, I was immediately catapulted to my favorite pizzeria as a little kid, which was a similarly bare bones restaurant. The sauce is neither too sweet nor tomatoey, and the crust had gotten a respectable crunch during its short time in the oven.
Since then, we've ordered whole pies, with different toppings, and I've never been disappointed. As a mushroom lover, I especially love the way they use large chunky mushrooms rather than the tiny dark speckles of fungi (ahem, Domino's). I'm surprised by some of the reviews on service, since I've been treated with nothing but courtesy each time I've ordered. To me, the owner seems a great mix of New York gruff and kindness, and I hate to see him ripped by a few grumpy reviews.
If you're in the area, give this little spot a try!
